ALL orders may experience some DELAYS due to the high volume of parcels handled by the courier. Please be patient :)


How much do I pay for delivery?

The shipping cost is calculated based on your delivery address and total weight of your parcel. Please note that the weight provided in the item description is the nett weight of the items excluding the packaging, cushions, etc. However, the shipping cost takes into account the actual weight (including the packaging, etc.) and volume of the items.

Can I track my order?

Most orders are dispatched via track and trace courier.  When your order is dispatched you will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been dispatched and advising your tracking number which will link to our courier’s web page so that you can keep an eye on progress. Please note that deliveries to rural addresses will not require a signature, and tracking data may be limited with rural deliveries.

Some deliveries to Auckland areas (and especially to Auckland apartment addresses) may be handled by our own staff, especially when delays by using courier is expected. On the day of delivery, you will be sent an update containing a link to which you can track your shipping progress by email.


How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery time usually takes 2 to 4 working days from dispatch, although allow an extra working day or two for rural deliveries.  

If the items you have purchased are in stock we will always do our best to dispatch them to you as soon as we possibly can, which is usually within 1 working business day, or as soon as we reopen if you order during the weekend or overnight.  Deliveries are made by our courier Monday through Friday only.
Please note that if you order during a sale or during a public holiday period, dispatch can sometimes be delayed by a short period due to high volumes. 
Why are your products sold out so quickly?

While we continuously attempt to maintain a good stock of our items, our products are popular and they often fly out the door very fast. The products arrive in batch from Indonesia and sometimes a delay may occur in between batch due to custom scrutiny, rules/regulations, delay in shipping, and many factors that we can hardly control! But fret not, everytime we get a new product or coming stocks, we'd love to give you an update. Don't forget to follow our Instagram and Facebook account for the latest news and updates!
